Justin Suib
Owner
Justin began working as a project manager at a roofing company in 2016 and soon fell in love with the industry. In 2017, he became an insurance adjuster and worked in Florida after Hurricane Irma handling claims for two insurance carriers. Upon his return, Justin took what he learned as an adjuster and incorporated it into his storm restoration knowledge to help homeowners navigate their own storm damage claims. After the Texas Freeze of 2021, Justin added remodeling to his repertoire when the roofing company he worked with began handling large pipe burst claims. After 7 years in the industry, Justin decided it was time to create a legacy of his own. In January 2023 Justin started Grayfox Design and Build with the goal of helping as many people as possible and save them from the headaches this industry is known to cause.
Andrew Carter
Senior Project Manager
Andrew is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager at Grayfox, specializing in Storm Restoration and insurance claims in Texas. With over five years of industry expertise, Andrew is a trusted advisor to homeowners and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Andrew’s passion for helping people both in his personal and professional life inspired him to pursue a career in this industry. In his free time, Andrew enjoys taking his good dog, Stella to the park and exploring the open road on his motorcycle, as well as playing pickle ball and playing competitive paintball.
Charlie
Senior Barketing Manager
Charlie joined our family in 2021 when Grayfox Design and Build was still just a spark of an idea. With his striking, fox-like appearance—pointed ears, clever eyes, and that signature bushy tail—Charlie instantly turns heads on every walk. Strangers can’t resist stopping us to ask, ‘What breed is he? He looks just like a fox!’ When it came time to name the company, Justin struggled to find the perfect fit. Then it hit him: the inspiration was right there at home, wagging his tail. Charlie, our beloved family pup with the wild, foxy charm, became the namesake. And just like that, Grayfox was born—capturing the clever, adventurous spirit of our four-legged muse while building something lasting for our clients.
